  We needed hand made white subway tiles for a kitchen splash back, and found Tiles by Kate through Google. We're based in the North Shore and thought we'd give them a try. On a Saturday we called the shop to check if they had the tiles we were after and they confirmed they had several white shades we could come and look at.
  
  We drove to the shop, on entering, the shop appeared to have lovely tiles. We then went to the service desk to get help and were received by a lady who had a "can't be bothered" expression on her face. She reluctantly showed us the tiles, there were at least 5 varieties of white tiles. We asked her to give us information about the tiles, including where they were made (She'd mentioned the tiles were from China, Italy and Spain). To this she replied, she'd need to contact the supplier to find out. Hmmm, so the shop has no idea about what they're selling?
  
  At this point we'd had enough and left. The products look great (If you can get information about it), but the service and attitude stinks. To be fair the other sales ladies seemed lovely.
  
  Ultimately we got some beautiful hand made Spanish tiles from Amber. We'll never return to this shop.
